Rewards and Recognition
The Jubilee Academy (TJA) Recognition and Rewards System
At TJA one way of showing students that we care as they ASPIRE AND ACHIEVE is rewarding them for their achievements. The rewards system helps to motivate and challenge to maximise on their own potential. There are several activities that help students to foster a sense of belonging and ownership within the TJA COMMUNITY.

Subject |
Individual subject teacher selects students base on effort and performance in lesson |

Homework |
Complete and submit homework on time |
Certificate presented forth nightly in assembly and Post Card sent home. Achievements points earned. |
Form Class
Best form class (forth nightly), this will be based on attendance and achievement points (Trophy Presented). Students will receive a certificate for 100% attendance.
Trips
Students are selected to go on trips, one midyear and the next at the end of the year.
At TJA we celebrate with our Year 11 students by hosting a graduation/leaving ceremony. Students are rewarded in 5 categories:
