At The Jubilee Academy, we highly value our Teachers and the central role that they play and appreciate the enthusiasm, dedication and drive that they carry.

Our Teaching and Learning Team works very closely with trainee teachers. We are committed to supporting and challenging all our teachers, and especially those who are new to the Teaching profession.

We work in Partnership with Harrow Council and UCL to deliver our ECF Programme for ECTs. We ensure that sufficient time is given to them to ensure they are able to engage fully with the programme and all that it offers.
